1. How much is the delivery?
Our new delivery fee is stated below. Effected from Friday, 21st of July at 3:00PM (UTC+12).
Auckland : up to 25kg $4.90
Nationwide (Non-rural) : up to 5kg $7.90
Nationwide (Rural) : up to 5kg $7.90 plus $5.60
Pick up : Will be available soon
2. How long does delivery take?
Our items are shipped from our delivery station every Friday. The total delivery time to your door will approximately be 5-14 working days from order placement.
3. Can I change my delivery address make changes to my order if my products haven't shipped yet?
Yes – only if your items have not yet been dispatched from the warehouse. You can contact us via email.
4. What is split delivery?
At MIK, we try to deliver your items in one go, but for whatever reason this is not possible, we will split your order and send you the items at the quickest time possible. You will be notified in this event and there will be no additional delivery costs.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, MIK.co.nz only ships to NZ. However, our global website, BUYMIK.com ships worldwide including Europe, USA, Asia and Australia. For international customers, please visit www.buymik.com
1. How do I return my order?
If you wish to return your order due to a fault or a damage in the product simply contact us and we will offer to exchange or refund.
2. Can I exchange [part of] my order?
No, this is not possible
3. What happens if I have received the wrong product(s)?
If you have received a product that you have not ordered, let us know. We will offer a complete refund or an exchange at no additional delivery costs.
4. What happens if I have received a faulty product(s) or my product(s) have been damaged during delivery?
You are eligible for a complete refund or an exchange if the product is faulty or damaged. However you will be considered as having accepted the products unless you have notified us within 5 days after receipt of the products.

- We promise to deliver the most recent available stock to our customers. Referring to the order date, if the manufacture date of the product you have received is over 18 months, we will replace or give you a refund
If for whatever reason you believe that the product you have received do not meet these criteria, simply contact us and we will offer a complete refund at 100%.
